These Yummy Seed bars are crunchy and perfect for Snacking on during the day, They are 100% Vegan too, made only from 2 ingredients, Mixed Seeds and Isomalt. Isomalt is also a sugar alcohol sweetener, but it is the only one that creates a proper candy like structure. So for all our Candy type products like the candy nuts, we would use this sweetener. Unfortunately for this product we cannot offer a different sweetener as Erythritol crystalizes and will taste more like it was not dissolved at all. And Xylitol becomes sticky.
